Torrents Update #11

April 2023 Update #11 "...And the Promotion Begins"
​This will be the eleventh update on my journey writing Torrents As Yet Unknown: Daring Whitewater Ventures into the World’s Great River Gorges.
The promotion juggernaut seems to be getting underway. Not complaining, but in many ways now, I feel like I’m just a bemused bystander. Of course, Torrents is all about throwing oneself into the unknown, so why should publishing it be any different?
I’m writing this now because Barnes & Noble just announced a surprise promotion for the next two days only: 25% off on pre-orders of Torrents. And I have to say, I’m pleased with how the book is presented on their site. Who knows what’s around the next corner?
